You can log in to Circle Medical with the email on your account. If you forgot your password, reset it from the login screen. If you booked through Zocdoc and have not finished setting up Circle Medical yet, activate your account first. That is a different flow from a normal password reset.
How to log in
On the web portal
Go to the Circle Medical web portal and open Log in.
Enter the email on your Circle Medical account, then Continue.
Enter your password, then log in.
On the mobile app
Open the Circle Medical mobile app.
Enter the email on your Circle Medical account, then Continue.
Enter your password, then log in.
If you do not have an account yet, book an appointment first. Logging in is for patients who already have a Circle Medical account.
Forgot your password
On the login screen, enter your email and Continue.
Tap or click Forgot your password?
Confirm your email address, then choose Reset password.
Open the password reset email. If you do not see it, check spam or junk.
Follow the link in the email and create a new password.
Return to Log in and sign in with your new password.
Password reset emails go to the email on your account. They cannot be sent to a different address.
The link is active for 1 hr before expiring, and can only be used once. Request a new one if the link expires or is inactive.
Change your password while logged in
Log in and open My account (web portal) or your profile/account settings (mobile app).
Under Security, update your password.
Booked through Zocdoc? Activate your account first
Booking on Zocdoc creates a Circle Medical appointment, but you still need to activate your Circle Medical account before you can log in with a password.
Activation has three steps:
Email. Enter the same email you used when you booked on Zocdoc.
Verification code. Enter the SMS code we send to the phone number on your Zocdoc booking.
Password. Create a Circle Medical password, accept the required messaging consent, then activate.
After activation, use that email and password to log in to the mobile app or web portal. You do not need to go back to Zocdoc to book future Circle Medical appointments.
If your account is already active, use Log in instead of the activate flow. Enter your email and password, or reset your password if you forgot it.
Common Zocdoc activation problems
If you are having trouble activating your account, we recommend contacting support by phone. We will need to verify your identity: name, date of birth, email address, and appointment details, before we can help with activating your account.
I am not getting the SMS code
Confirm you entered the exact email from your Zocdoc booking.
Check that your phone can receive SMS from short codes or unknown numbers.
Use Didn't receive a code? on the activate screen to resend the code or edit your email.
If you booked with a landline or a number you no longer use, the SMS cannot arrive. Call support with the email and phone number from your Zocdoc booking.
I used Sign in with Apple and Hide My Email
Zocdoc may have stored a private Apple relay email, not the inbox you usually check.
Open your Zocdoc account.
Go to Settings > Personal Information.
Copy the email listed there.
Paste that email into the Circle Medical activate screen.
My email is not recognized
Use the email from the Zocdoc booking confirmation, not a different personal or work email. If you are not sure which email was used, check your Zocdoc confirmation email or Zocdoc account settings.
If you already created a Circle Medical account with a different email, you may have two accounts. See What to do if you have two Circle Medical accounts.
I already activated, but I cannot log in
Use Log in with the email you activated, then Forgot your password? if needed. Do not start the Zocdoc activate flow again if your account is already active.
Still cannot get in?
If you cannot get in at all, call +1 (888) 412-3632 or email [email protected].
Include:
The email you are trying to use
Whether you booked through Zocdoc
Mobile app or web portal
The exact message on the screen
If you can sign in with one email but your appointment, ID, or records are on another, see What to do if you have two Circle Medical accounts.
