You can view and download appointment invoices and receipts on the Circle Medical mobile app or web portal. Each visit has its own invoice. A paid invoice is also your receipt.
Looking for an itemized bill?
The invoice in Billing is your appointment invoice and receipt. An itemized bill for insurance (also called a superbill) is a different document. It lists services, costs, and billing codes, and it is used for out-of-network reimbursement or an FSA, HSA, or HRA claim. Request it in chat after the visit is paid. See Will my insurance reimburse a self-pay appointment?
