Our Care Team reviews your message and forwards it to your provider. Providers don't typically offer direct lines of communication, but your provider will usually follow up with you in your Secure Care Inbox in 3-5 business days.
What can I ask my provider about?
You can ask your provider about:
Symptoms: Notify your provider of any medication side effects or symptoms.
Documentation requests: Submit a request to your provider for a medical note or supporting letter.
Important: Providers complete paperwork requests based on their clinical discretion and judgement.
Health questions: Ask about your care plan, or next steps for your health goals.
Medical updates: Tell your provider about the progress of your treatment plan.
