First visits: 30 minutes

Standard appointment (new patient) | General primary care. |
Urgent care appointment (new patient) | Acute conditions and common infections like colds, flu, sinus, skin infections, and minor injuries. Not for emergency or life-threatening concerns. Call 911 or visit your nearest urgent care for emergencies. |
GAHT intake appointment | The first appointment for gender-affirming care, if you want to explore, start, continue, or maintain gender-affirming hormone therapy. New patients book this visit. |
Anxiety and depression assessment | Discussing depression or anxiety symptoms, or transferring that care. |
Weight management appointment | Diagnosis and treatment for weight management. |
PrEP intake appointment | Learning about pre-exposure prophylaxis, starting PrEP, or transferring that care. |
Sleep video appointment | The first appointment for sleep apnea, insomnia, and trouble falling or staying asleep. |
Skin care video appointment | Diagnosis and treatment of skin conditions. |
Annual physical (wellness exam): 30 minutes

ADHD appointments
ADHD visits do not follow the lengths above. Patients in New Jersey complete the third visit in person. The visits are explained in Understanding the ADHD diagnostic process at Circle Medical.

In-person appointments
In-person visits are limited to the options below. An in-person standard appointment is 30 minutes. An in-person annual wellness exam is 30 minutes for a new or returning patient.

Can I book more than one appointment on the same day?
You can’t book a second appointment on the same day yourself. If you’d still like two appointments on the same day, reach out to support. They may be able to help, depending on your situation.
If you use insurance, most plans don’t cover more than one appointment on the same day.
