What does a self-pay visit cost?
These prices apply when the visit is not billed to insurance. You pay the full amount.

What if I use insurance?
The prices above are the self-pay prices. With insurance, the invoice is the amount your plan says you owe, such as a deductible, copay, or coinsurance. Call the member services number on your card before you book and ask what a video visit with your provider will cost. Many plans cover a virtual annual wellness exam at $0. Coverage rules for that visit are in Annual physical (wellness exam).
What is not included in these prices?
