If you have insurance coverage, the final amount you're invoiced for an appointment may vary based on factors such as your deductible, copay, and coinsurance.

Your insurance member services phone number is the best resource to guide you through your plan's coverage details and appointment costs. Your member services phone number is typically found on the back of your insurance card.
Tips to stay ahead of unexpected insurance bills
Contact your insurance member services ahead of time to:
Understand your coverage and cost estimates for your appointments
Check if Circle Medical is in-network, and if your Circle Medical provider is in-network with your insurance plan.
Review the explanation of benefits (EOB) that your insurance is required to provide you for each claim after it is processed.

What is your membership or annual fee?
There are no membership fees or annual fees for patients receiving care from Circle Medical!
Are there any other costs I should know about?
We charge a fee of $50 when an appointment is canceled less than 24 hours before the appointment start time, or for appointment no-shows.
Please remember to cancel an appointment at least 24 hours beforehand.
Do you offer payment plans or monthly payments?
At this time, we don't offer this type of service.
Payment is due in full once finalized by your insurance or if you have opted to self-pay.
Do you take HSA or CareCredit cards?
We do accept certain HSA cards.
CareCredit is not currently supported.
You may be able to authorize transactions with Circle Medical by contacting the HSA management company directly.
If neither of these options works, you would need to use a different payment method first and then request reimbursement from CareCredit or your HSA provider.
