We want to make sure you're seeing the provider who best meets your needs. Here are the two easy ways you can request to have your Primary Care Provider (PCP) changed.
Steps to update your PCP
Via chat
Start a new chat, then select "Visits and Scheduling" and tell Cura, our AI assistant, that you'd like to change your PCP. You can say something like:
"I want to change my PCP"
"I want to update my provider"
Cura will help connect you to the Care Team, who can change your PCP directly!
During an appointment
If you have an upcoming appointment with your preferred provider, during the appointment, you can ask your provider to update your PCP to them!
Note: If you are a new patient and don't have a designated PCP yet, one will be assigned to you based on several factors, including your most recent provider visit.
