How to contact your provider

Learn how to message to your provider via your Care Team.

To relay a non-urgent question or update to your provider:

  1. On the mobile app or web portal, start a new chat.

  2. Select the ‘Medical Concern’ button.

  3. Follow the prompts until you receive a confirmation message.

  4. The Care Team will send your message to your provider.

Note: Please allow 3-5 business days for your provider to respond in your Secure Care Inbox.

Need immediate support?

If you require immediate clinical support, please book an appointment with your provider or another available provider.

Important note: If your concern is urgent, please seek care at your local emergency room.
