To relay a non-urgent question or update to your provider:
On the mobile app or web portal, start a new chat.
Select the ‘Medical Concern’ button.
Follow the prompts until you receive a confirmation message.
The Care Team will send your message to your provider.
Already chatting with Cura?
If you're already in a chat with Cura, our AI assistant, you don't need to start a new chat. Instead, tell Cura that you'd like to message your provider. You can say something like:
"I'd like to message my provider"
"I have a question for my doctor"
"I need to update my provider"
Note: Please allow 3-5 business days for your provider to respond in your Secure Care Inbox.
Need immediate support?
