How do I cancel my appointment?

If you need to cancel an upcoming appointment, you can do so directly on the mobile app or web portal.

On the mobile app

  1. Log in to your Circle Medical account.

  2. On the home screen, tap ‘Cancel’ next to your upcoming appointment.

  3. Tap ‘Yes, cancel’ to confirm.

On the web portal

  1. Log in to your Circle Medical account.

  2. On the home page, click ‘Details’ next to your upcoming appointment.

  3. Click ‘Cancel’ and add a reason for the cancellation.

  4. Click ‘Yes, cancel’ to confirm.

How do I reschedule my appointment?

You can reschedule your upcoming appointment exclusively in the Circle Medical mobile app.

On the mobile app

  1. Log in to your Circle Medical account.

  2. On the home screen, tap ‘Reschedule’ next to your upcoming appointment.

  3. Tap ‘Yes, reschedule’.

  4. Choose a new date and time.

  5. Tap ‘Confirm appointment’ to complete the booking.
