Frequently asked questions (FAQs) about appointment availability and providers
Why do I see limited appointment availability?
You may find fewer options of available appointments or providers if:
There is a high demand for appointments in your area.
We are currently enrolling new providers in your state.
Your specific insurance plan has a smaller sub-network of providers.
Why don’t I see any in-person appointment types?
If you don’t see any options for in-person appointments, it’s due to one of the following reasons:
Location and service limits: At this time, in-person Annual Wellness Exams (AWE) and Standard appointments are only offered at our San Francisco office.
Satellite clinic limitations: Satellite clinics are reserved exclusively for in-person ADHD follow-up appointments.
Availability and insurance: If no appointments are showing, the clinic may be fully booked for the date selected or doesn't have an in-network provider available at that location.
