How to choose a provider
When you're ready to book your appointment, choose a provider by following these steps:
On the Circle Medical mobile app or web portal, select an appointment type to get started.
Scroll through the list of providers and select the one that matches your preference and timing needs.
Tip: If you have insurance, make sure you've added your insurance information to your account to see in-network providers.
Always confirm that the provider’s credentials (MD, NP, PA) are suitable for your care and comply with your state's regulations.
Once you've booked an appointment, you'll receive a confirmation email with the details of your upcoming video appointment!

Booking with a different provider
If your primary care provider doesn't have open appointments, you can book with another available provider. Your new provider can access your full history, so you won't need to repeat your story.
If you are seeking Gender Affirming Hormone Therapy (GAHT), please begin booking an appointment to see if we are providing GAHT in your state. Not all states allow GAHT via telemedicine.
If you are seeking ADHD or other mental health care, please note that due to telemedicine state regulations, our providers are unable to prescribe controlled substance medications in the following states: Georgia, Kentucky, Michigan, Minnesota, North Carolina, and Ohio.
If you live in one of these states, you can explore non-controlled substance treatment options for ADHD during an appointment with your provider.
