Follow these steps to upload a copy of your insurance card to your account via the Circle Medical mobile app or web portal.
On the mobile app:
Log in to your Circle Medical account.
Tap the ‘Billing’ tab in the bottom navigation bar.
Select your primary insurance.
Tap ‘Missing card images’ and then follow the prompts to upload the pictures.
Once submitted, you’ll see a confirmation that the images have been saved.
On the web portal:
Log in to your Circle Medical account.
Click the ‘Billing’ tab in the top left corner.
Click ‘View’ next to your primary insurance.
Navigate to the ‘Missing card images’ section under ‘Plan details’.
Click ‘Add’ and ‘Continue’ to upload pictures of your card.
Once uploaded, you’ll see a confirmation that the images have been saved.
