Uploading your insurance card photos before your appointment helps ensure that your check-in goes smoothly.


How do I upload pictures of my primary insurance?

Upload your insurance card photos in the 'Billing' tab of the mobile app or web portal. Or, see our step-by-step guide on how to upload images of your insurance card.


When can I add my insurance card to my account?

If you haven’t uploaded your insurance card images yet, you will be prompted to do so when checking in for your appointment.


How do I add images of my secondary insurance?

Start a chat in the mobile app or web portal, and send the images of your secondary insurance card to our Care Team via chat. A Patient Care Advocate will add your secondary insurance to your account!


What do I do if my insurance card upload fails?

If the upload fails, you will be prompted to retake the pictures. If you need additional assistance, start a chat with our Care Team through the mobile app or web portal.
