This guide shows you how to start a chat through the Circle Medical mobile app or web portal. All conversations are HIPAA-compliant.
On the mobile app
Log in to your Circle Medical account.
Tap on the speech bubble icon on the top right of the screen.
Tap on the ‘Open’ button.
Tap the ‘Send us a message’ button.
Tap and select the reason for your chat from the list of options.
