How long do I have to cancel my appointment?
If you need to cancel your appointment, we ask for at least 24 hours notice. If your appointment is canceled with less than 24 hours' notice, or if you’re unable to attend, a $50 fee is applied.
How do I cancel my appointment?
Go to the ‘Appointments’ area on our mobile app or in the web portal to find your upcoming appointment.
Select 'Cancel' and confirm your cancellation reason, if requested.
How long do I have to reschedule my appointment?
If you need to reschedule your appointment, please do so at least 12 hours before the start time to avoid a $50 reschedule fee.
How do I reschedule my appointment?
Note: self-rescheduling is currently only supported on the Circle Medical mobile app.
Go to the ‘Appointments’ area on our mobile app to find your upcoming appointment.
Select 'Reschedule', and select a new appointment type with the same provider and appointment type.
Upon confirming your new appointment, your appointment will be updated with the new start time.
What do I do if I’m running late to my appointment?
If you’re running late to your appointment, please start a chat in the Circle Medical mobile app or web portal to notify our Care Team. If you join more than 10 minutes late, you may be charged a $50 no show fee, and asked to reschedule your appointment.
What if my provider didn’t join my appointment?
If your provider doesn’t join after 10 minutes, your appointment will be automatically canceled after the scheduled end time. You will not be charged, and you can reschedule at your earliest convenience.
Important note: If your provider hasn't joined after 10 minutes, start a chat with our Care Team for support.
