Discuss labs and bloodwork during an appointment
To obtain lab tests or blood tests, remember to communicate your care needs to your provider during an appointment. Your provider will need to decide which tests are necessary for your care.
Once your provider has determined the appropriate tests, the labs can be completed at one of our lab partners, LabCorp, Quest Diagnostics, or another facility that you might prefer.
Once you complete your lab work, your lab results will be automatically sent to Circle Medical. Your lab results will be shared with you in your Secure Care Inbox!
Insurance coverage and lab billing
We encourage you to call your insurance directly to confirm lab procedure and service coverage before completing lab work.
When speaking to your insurance, ask questions like:
"Which labs are covered under my plan?"
"Does my plan cover lab work at my preferred lab facility?"
Important note: If you receive an unexpected bill from a laboratory, reach out to them first, as they can provide answers to your lab bill questions.
