Discuss Labs During an Appointment
Your provider can only order blood tests after it has been discussed during an appointment to determine which tests are necessary for your care.
Once your provider has determined the appropriate tests, the labs can be ordered to be completed with one of our lab partners. At this time, labs cannot be completed with Circle Medical directly.
Once your lab test results are ready, they will be automatically sent to Circle Medical, and your provider will share the results with you in your Secure Care Inbox.
Insurance Coverage
To help ensure that you receive the maximum coverage for your lab tests, confirm directly with your insurance which labs are covered under your plan prior to completing labs.
Lab Service Billing
If you receive a bill from a laboratory, reach out to them first before contacting us, as they can offer answers to questions you have about the bill.
We encourage patients to review their healthcare coverage and benefits before receiving care.

Important note: Circle Medical is not offering lab services at this time. Patients can complete labs with LabCorp, Quest, or another lab facility.
