Before your Visit:

  1. Confirm Appointment Details: Verify your upcoming appointment details, like date and time, in your mobile app or web portal.

  2. Ensure Proper Preparation: Double-check that you've verified your ID and that your app is updated to the latest version.


Joining the Call

Before your video appointment starts:

  • We'll send you reminders via SMS and email.

  • Five minutes before the appointment, we'll send you a link via in-app chat to join the call. You can also join directly from the web portal.

    • Double-check that your ID is verified!


Can't Connect? Troubleshooting Steps:

  1. If you didn't get a notification at the appointment time, check the 'Appointments' tab on the app or log in to your web portal at my.circlemedical.com.

  2. Make sure you have a strong wifi connection or cellular data signal.

  3. Completely close the app or web portal and re-launch it, then click the link again.

  4. Allow the app or web browser to access your camera and microphone in your phone's privacy settings.

  5. Make sure the volume is turned on and that you are not connected to a Bluetooth device other than your headphones.

  6. Restart your device and consider reinstalling the Circle Medical app if you continue to experience problems.

  7. Check your email for direct and easy access to your video appointment link.

What if Your Provider is Delayed or Doesn't Join?

If your provider doesn't join the call within 10 minutes of the appointment time, your appointment will be cancelled at no cost. You'll be free to rebook for a time that fits your schedule.
