Locating your invoices and receipts is easy within the Circle Medical App.

Updated over a week ago

An invoice is generated for each one of your appointments, and can be found on your account page. In this quick article, we'll walk you through how to find them.

Not seeing any invoices? You might need to update to version 6.4.0 or higher. Available updates can be found in the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.

Step 1: Open the Circle Medical app

The first step to view your invoices is to open the Circle Medical mobile app and login.

Step 2: Go to your account page

Once you are logged in, open your account page by tapping the circular grey icon in the top right corner of the app.

Step 3: Tap the Invoices tab

Once you are on the account page, click on the “Invoices” tab. Here you will be able to see all invoices related to your booked appointments.

Step 4: Review Invoices

Locating Invoices

To help you find the right invoice, you will notice that each invoice will note the:

  • Date of Appointment

  • Type of Appointment

Additionally, for invoices that have a due balance, an orange "Balance Due" indicator will appear next to the date and appointment type.

Viewing More Detail

To see a summary and view payment status for a specific appointment, tap the specific invoice. You will then see more details.

If you used insurance to pay for your visit, you will also be able to view the amount that was paid by your insurance plan.

To see a detailed view of the invoice, tap the 'View Details' button next to the Total.

Next, you will see a full document with your receipt and any payments or balances due. The document can be downloaded by tapping the share icon (box with arrow) at the bottom of the screen.

To return to the previous screen, tap "Done."

Paying a Balance

If the invoice has a balance due, it can be paid by tapping 'Pay Now' from the details screen. Follow the prompts to confirm payment information and settle the invoice balance via credit card.
