Locating Invoices

To help you find the right invoice, each invoice includes your:

  • Date of Appointment

  • Type of Appointment

For invoices that have a due balance, an orange "Balance Due" indicator will appear next to the date and appointment type.

Viewing More Details

To see a summary and view the payment status for a specific appointment, tap the specific invoice to see more details.

If you used insurance to pay for your visit, the claim process typically takes 4–6 weeks.

  • Once finalized, you’ll receive an email notification about any balance due, and you will be able to view the amount that was paid by your insurance plan.

  • 48 hours after sending your email notification, we’ll automatically charge the default payment method on file.

To see a detailed view of the invoice, tap the 'View Details' button next to the Total.

Next, you will see a full document with your receipt and any payments or balances due. The document can be saved by tapping the blue 'Download' icon in the top right of the screen.

To return to the previous screen, tap 'Done' in the top left corner of your screen.

Need to Pay a Balance?

If the invoice has a balance due, it can be paid by tapping 'Pay Now' from the details screen. Follow the prompts to confirm payment information and settle the invoice balance via credit card.
