How do I cancel or reschedule appointments?

Our cancellation policy asks patients to cancel at least 24 hours in advance. You can reschedule or cancel for free directly in our mobile app or web portal.

Please note: cancelling or rescheduling less than 24 hours before your appointment starts will incur a $50 no-show fee.

You can cancel an appointment via our mobile app or web portal:

  1. Navigate to the ‘Appointments’ tab at the bottom of the screen.

  2. Make sure you’re viewing future appointments by tapping ‘upcoming’ near the top of the screen.

  3. Find your appointment and tap ‘cancel’ or ‘reschedule’
