When creating a Circle Medical account for the first time, you will be asked to add a payment method to your account. We accept most major credit and debit cards, as well as Apple Pay. Patients are required to have a valid payment method on file at all times. However, you are able to change your payment method at any time. In this quick article, we'll review adding and changing payment methods.
Adding a new card
You can add a new card to your Circle Medical account at any time via your account settings. The process is quick and takes effect immediately.
Here’s what it looks like in the app:
First, click on the "Account Settings" icon in the top right corner of the app.
Then, scroll to "Payment Method." Here, you will see the currently selected card. If you have not yet entered a payment method, you may see Apple Pay selected. Tap the "Change" button to add a new card.
Then, press on "Add Card."
Then, enter card number, expiry, and CVC code. Press "Add Card" when done (at the bottom of the page).
