What to expect during your Video Wellness Exam

This preventive care visit is also known as an annual physical. Your Video Wellness Exam gives you and your provider time to:

  • Review your health history

  • Discuss any health concerns

  • Create a personalized care plan

  • Order any necessary screenings or lab tests

  • Update your vaccinations

Your Annual Wellness Exam is a great opportunity to establish care with a provider you trust. Circle Medical is here to help you stay ahead of your health and address any health concerns proactively.

Book your Annual Wellness Exam virtually

You can complete your Annual Wellness Exam over video by booking a Video Wellness Exam on our mobile app or web portal.

Tips:

  • If your provider asks for vitals such as blood pressure, these can be done at your local pharmacy.

  • San Francisco Bay Area patients may book Annual Wellness Exams at our San Francisco office if there are open availabilities.

If your Annual Wellness Exam isn't covered

  • Call member services (the number is usually on the back of your insurance card) and ask if your plan covers virtual physicals/video wellness exams offered through telehealth.

  • Visit our appointment costs article to explore self-pay rates for appointments.

Important notes:

  • While some health insurance plans cover an Annual Wellness Exam in full ($0 co-pay) once every twelve months, please be aware that your insurance may not consider certain concerns discussed during your Annual Wellness Exam to be "preventative" and may charge accordingly.

  • Always confirm your healthcare coverage and benefits with your insurance directly.
