Open the App Store on your iPhone or iPad.

Tap on your profile picture at the top right corner of the screen.

Scroll down to see the "Updates" section.

If an update is available for Circle Medical, you'll see it listed here. Tap the "Update" button next to the app to download and install the update.

Open the Google Play Store on your Android device.

Tap the three horizontal lines at the top left corner of the screen to open the menu.

Select "My apps & games."
