Virtual Services

Conveniently access bloodwork and testing services from anywhere - even if you're not located near a Circle Medical clinic. During your virtual appointment, your provider can order any necessary labs or tests from an outside lab partner for you to complete following the appointment. Once your lab test results are ready, they will be automatically sent to us, and your provider will share the results with you via chat.

We send requisitions (orders) to both LabCorp and Quest Diagnostics locations, offering a combined 10,000 convenient locations nationwide. If you are an insured patient, please contact your insurance provider to make sure your chosen laboratory provider is in-network prior to completing labs.

In-Person Services

We offer convenient on-site laboratory services at our flagship San Francisco clinic. We can draw most tests onsite, or we can send your lab order electronically to a LabCorp or Quest Diagnostics location that's convenient for you. Please note that we can only order blood tests after you've been seen by your provider. It remains the patient's responsibility to know which lab is in-network with their insurance.

Lab Billing

You may be billed by an outside laboratory if specimens are processed by them, including at our on-site clinic. If you receive a bill from a third-party facility, like a lab or clinic, it's best to reach out to them first before contacting us. They should be able to answer any questions you have about the bill. Also, we encourage all of our patients to understand their healthcare coverage and benefits as much as possible before receiving care.
