Setting a Preferred Pharmacy

Select or change your preferred pharmacy to ensure medications get sent to the right place.

Choosing your preferred pharmacy

  • On the mobile app: During the appointment check-in step, select your preferred pharmacy by searching for its address or name. You can also use your current location by tapping the blue arrow icon.

  • On the website: Scroll down to the preferred pharmacy section and select the best fit for you.

Updating your preferred pharmacy

  • To change your preferred pharmacy on either the mobile app or the website, tap on the "Account" icon in the upper right corner of the app. Scroll to the "Preferred Pharmacy" section and tap on "Change."

  • Find an available pharmacy by address and/or pharmacy name. Use your current location to search by tapping the blue arrow icon in the "Address" field.

  • Tap on the pharmacy you would like to select as your preferred pharmacy.
