Updated over 4 months ago

We're here to help you get started on your healthcare journey with us. Whether you're a new or existing patient, booking an appointment with us is easy and convenient. In this guide, we'll show you how to choose a provider and the different types of appointments available.

Picking an appointment

We offer a variety of appointment types to meet your healthcare needs. Here are examples of different types of appointments available:

  • Wellness Exams - This appointment is for establishing care with us and creating a customized health plan centered around holistic health and prevention. You can choose between an in-person (Annual Wellness Exam) or a video (Video Wellness Exam) appointment.

  • Standard Appointments - This appointment is a visit with one of our in-clinic providers to treat general injuries and illnesses such as a cold or flu, cuts and skin injuries, STI symptoms, gastrointestinal symptoms, etc. This can also be a follow-up to a prior appointment if needed.

  • Video Appointments - Just like Standard Appointments, Video Appointments are booked to treat general injuries and illnesses such as a cold or flu, cuts and skin injuries, STI symptoms, gastrointestinal symptoms, etc., but with a provider over a video call. These can also be booked for follow-ups.

  • Flu Vaccination - An annual vaccination to protect against the influenza virus - available in-person at our flagship clinics with a laboratory.

  • COVID-19 Test - Video Assessment - If you need a COVID-19 test, you'll need to complete a video assessment first. Your provider will be able to order appropriate in-person or mail-in testing thereafter.

  • Video ADHD Appointment - This appointment is for patients who are interested in an ADHD evaluation. We accept patients with or without an existing diagnosis.

  • Well Woman Exam - This is an annual checkup that includes discussions about sexual and reproductive health, a breast exam, pelvic exam, and pap smear. It is recommended for patients with uteruses.

  • Video PrEP Intake Appointment Pre-exposure prophylaxis (PrEP) is a method of preventing HIV infection. This appointment is for individuals interested in learning more about PrEP, starting PrEP, or transferring care to Circle Medical.

  • Sleep Video Appointment - This appointment is a consultation and first appointment for patients seeking treatment for insomnia or other sleep issues. Specifically, patients who have difficulty falling asleep and/or staying asleep.

  • Video Gender-Affirming Hormone Treatment - This appointment is a consultation and first appointment for patients seeking gender-affirming care. Specifically, patients who would like to explore, start, continue, or maintain gender-affirming hormone therapy.
