Choosing a Provider and Booking an Appointment

Find the right fit for your health needs.

Updated this week

We're here to help you get started on your healthcare journey with us. Whether you're a new or existing patient, booking an appointment with us is easy and convenient.

In this guide, we'll show you how to choose a provider and the different types of appointments available.

Choosing An Appointment

To support your health needs, we offer a variety of appointments. Here are a few examples:

  • Annual Wellness Exams (In-Person): This appointment is for establishing care with us and creating a customized health plan centered around holistic health and prevention.

  • Video Wellness Exams (Virtual): Similar to Annual Wellness Exams, this appointment is for establishing care with us and creating a customized health plan centered around holistic health and prevention—only remotely.

  • Standard Appointments (In-Person): This appointment is a visit with one of our in-clinic providers to treat general injuries and illnesses such as a cold or flu, cuts and skin injuries, STI symptoms, gastrointestinal symptoms, and more. This can also be a follow-up to a prior appointment if needed.

  • Video Appointments (Virtual): Similar to Standard Appointments, these are booked to treat general injuries and illnesses or for follow-ups—only remotely.

  • Flu Vaccination (In-Person): An annual vaccination to protect against the influenza virus—available in-person at our flagship clinics with a laboratory.

  • COVID-19 Video Assessment (Virtual): If you need a COVID-19 test, you'll need to complete a video assessment first. Once completed, your provider will be able to order appropriate in-person or mail-in testing.

  • ADHD Appointment (In-Person): This appointment is for patients who are interested in an in-person ADHD evaluation at one of our clinics. We accept patients with or without an existing diagnosis.

  • Video ADHD Appointment (Virtual): This appointment is for patients who are interested in an ADHD video evaluation. We accept patients with or without an existing diagnosis.

  • Well Woman Exam: This is an annual checkup that includes discussions about sexual and reproductive health, a breast examination, a pelvic examination, and a pap smear. It is recommended for patients with uteruses.

  • Video PrEP Intake Appointment: Pre-exposure prophylaxis (PrEP) is a preventative measure for HIV contraction. This appointment is for individuals interested in learning more about PrEP, starting PrEP, or transferring care to Circle Medical.

  • Sleep Video Appointment (Virtual): This appointment is a consultation and first appointment for patients seeking treatment for sleep apnea, insomnia, and other sleep issues like difficulty falling and/or staying asleep.

  • Video Gender-Affirming Hormone Treatment: This appointment is a consultation and first appointment for patients seeking gender-affirming care. Specifically, patients who would like to explore, start, continue, or maintain gender-affirming hormone therapy.
