Modifying Appointments

Life happens. We've made it easy to reschedule or cancel.

It’s not uncommon to schedule your appointment only to find that there is a conflict after a few days. To improve the healthcare experience for our patients, we’ve made it possible to reschedule or cancel your appointment within the app.

How to cancel or reschedule

  1. Go to the ‘Appointments’ tab by tapping on the calendar icon in the bottom navigation bar.

  2. To cancel your appointment, tap the cancel button. To reschedule, tap the reschedule button.

    1. When you reschedule, our system automatically looks for new time slots with the same provider and appointment type.

    2. Keep in mind your original appointment will only be cancelled when the new appointment is booked.

Great care, fair policies

Late Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel your appointment, we kindly ask that you do so at least 24 hours before your scheduled start time. This allows us to offer the appointment time to another patient who may be waiting for care. If you cancel less than 4 hours before an appointment, you are charged a $50 cancellation fee instead of the full appointment cost.

Late Policy

We ask that patients arrive on time to ensure that we can provide the best care possible. If you're running late, please let us know as soon as possible so we can make any necessary adjustments to the schedule. However, if you arrive more than 10 minutes late, we may need to reschedule your appointment.
