Cancellations, no-shows, and rescheduling policies

Our 24-hour cancellation policy helps us open up spots for other patients who need care right away. When someone cancels with enough notice, we can offer that time to another patient, often allowing same-day or next-day bookings for those who need an urgent appointment.

Late Cancellation and No-Show Policy

If you cancel less than 24 hours before your appointment, or don't show up to your appointment, you'll be charged a $50 cancellation fee.

Late Reschedule Policy

Please reschedule at least 12 hours before your appointment start time.

If you reschedule less than 12 hours before your appointment, you'll be charged a $50 late reschedule fee.

Late Attendance Policy

We ask that patients arrive on time. If you're running late, please let us know as soon as possible so we can make any necessary adjustments to the schedule. If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, you may be charged a $50 no-show fee, and your appointment may need to be rescheduled.
