  1. Go to the ‘Appointments’ area on our mobile app to find your upcoming appointment.

Great care, fair policies

Our 24-hour cancellation policy helps us open up spots for other patients who need care right away. When someone cancels with enough notice, we can offer that time to another patient, often allowing same-day or next-day bookings for those who need an urgent appointment.

Late Cancellation and No-Show Policy

If you cancel less than 24 hours before your appointment, or do not show up to your appointment, you will be charged a $50 cancellation fee.

Late Reschedule Policy

If you reschedule less than 12 hours before your appointment, you will be charged a $50 late reschedule fee.

Late Attendance Policy

We ask that patients arrive on time to ensure that we can provide the best care possible. If you're running late, please let us know as soon as possible so we can make any necessary adjustments to the schedule. However, if you arrive more than 10 minutes late, your appointment may need to be rescheduled.

Recent Change to our Late Cancellation and No-Show Policy

Please be aware that effective 8/15/25, our late cancellation policy has changed. Previously, patients could cancel appointments without penalty up to 4 hours before their appointment. Now, patients must cancel appointments at least 24 hours prior to their appointment to avoid the fee.

Existing patients, as well as patients with upcoming appointments after 8/15/25, were notified of this change via email. This change is effective for appointments booked prior to 8/15/25.
