If you didn't get a notification at the appointment time, check the Appointments tab on the app or log in to your web portal at circlemedical.com.
Make sure you have strong wifi or cellular data signal.
Completely close the app or web portal and re-launch it, then click the link again.
Allow the app or web browser to access your camera and microphone in your phone's privacy settings.
Make sure the volume is turned on and that you are not connected to a Bluetooth device other than your headphones.
Make sure you verified your ID prior to starting a virtual visit.
