When will I get my appointment invoice?

Learn about the timeline for your invoice based on your payment method.

An invoice is generated for every appointment once the billing process is complete. The billing process timeline is different for self-pay patients and patients with insurance. You can access your invoices through the ‘Billing’ tab in your mobile app or web portal.

Self-pay patients

For self-pay patients, an invoice is generated 24-48 hours after your appointment is completed.

Patients with insurance

For patients using insurance, invoice generation depends on how long it takes for your insurance to process the claim. Typically, invoices for insurance patients are generated 4-6 after your appointment.


Once your document is ready, you can view and download your appointment invoices directly in the mobile app or web portal.
