For a smooth billing process, we ask that you add a payment method when first creating your account. We accept most major credit and debit cards, as well as Apple Pay. Follow this guide to learn how to update your payment method on the mobile app or web portal.
Important: A valid payment method must be on your account at all times to ensure continuous care.

1. Log in into your Circle Medical account.
2. Tap on the 'Billing' tab located along the bottom navigation bar.
3. Find the “Payment method” section and tap 'Add payment method'.
You’ll then be prompted to add your card details. Tap ‘Save’ once completed.
4. You’re all set!

You can easily switch between payment methods on your account! Keep in mind, your selection takes effect for future charges, so take note of which card you’ve selected.

Tap on the 'Billing' tab located along the bottom navigation bar.
Find the “Payment method” section and tap the card listed.
You’ll be prompted to manage your payment methods.
Tap your preferred payment method which will be differentiated with a blue border.
4. Remove payment methods by tapping ‘Edit’.
Tap the red circle on the top right corner of the card you want to delete from your account.

Click on the ‘Billing’ tab along the top navigation bar.
Find the “Payment methods” section on the page to view all cards on your account.
Click ‘Select’ on the card you want to have as your preferred payment method.
Similarly, click ‘Delete’ on the card you want to remove from your account.
