Circle Medical utilizes Zoom for video conferencing capabilities. A bug in Zoom's software can cause the video window to be black if the background is blurred.
If the screen is black, your provider will not be able to see you.
To fix this problem, turn off background blur, virtual backgrounds, or video filters. You may have to exit and re-join the appointment to reset the video conferencing capability.
