Directions to Pipeline Office on the 15th Floor
From the Building Lobby
Follow the large hallway to the right of the security desk. Take the second set of elevators labelled 1-25 (meaning floors 1-25) on your left near the end of the hallway to floor 15. Once you arrive on floor 15, you are at Pipeline, please proceed to the front desk/waiting area where you can check-in.
Patient Check-in Instructions
Please check in at the front desk with the receptionist, let them know you are there to see your Circle Medical provider. Give them your provider's name and your name and then have a seat in the waiting area.
All patients must check in and wait in the waiting area for privacy and security purposes.
