I have a non-US Apple ID, how do I install the app?
The Circle Medical iOS app is only available in the US app store. If you have an Apple ID from another country, you will not be able to install the Circle Medical app. The reason is that apps must comply with all legal requirements in any country where you make them available. When it comes to medical apps and patient data, each country has its own privacy laws. We comply with all US privacy laws (HIPAA), but we could not absolutely guarantee we comply with laws in all other countries.
If you have moved to the US and you plan to use our services on an ongoing basis, we suggest that you change your Apple ID country to the United States. You will need a credit or debit card from a US bank in order do to that. If you are a visitor and you do not plan to use Circle Medical again, you can make communication arrangements with your physician during the visit.
